I Weep for our Educational System

Am not going to write much, i just want the pictures to speak. This is a staff car park of a University ranked 'F' (Using this grading system in order not to reveal the identity of the school) in the list of Universities in the UK if ranked in order or prestige and using other academical assessment indices.

They only rank better than just a few in all the over 150 Universities in the country. But the School's Librarian drives a Mercedes S Class and the Vice Chancellor drives a Bentley.

I guess the point I am trying to make is that until we take the welfare of our academicians seriously, the educational level won't improve.
